Clinical Pilates Classes Pilates techniques offer a unique method of body control and conditioning, stretching and strengthening the muscles, while improving flexibility and balance. Pilates is an invaluable system that works in conjunction with other exercise programs, strengthening, realigning and rebalancing the body, improving body awareness, and reducing risk of injury or strain. Clinical Pilates matwork classes are held at Wyndham Leisure & Events Centre, 80 - 82 Derrimut Road, Hoppers Crossing with Leanne Taylor-Leckie. The combination of Leanne's Soft Tissue knowledge, competitive athletic past and her strong knowledge of the body's biomechanics make the perspective of Leanne's classes informative dynamic and an enjoyable experience. Maximum of 15 participants per class in each 1-hour class. Mats are provided for each person. Therabands can be purchased from Wyndham City Massage & Therapy Clinic. Personal Training Personal Training sessions can be held on both a one-on-one or small group basis. These sessions are designed for the general public who are on a quest for better health and wellbeing. Personal Training sessions encompass nutrition, corrective or postural work, training through past injuries and increase motivation to achieve individual goals. Personal Training Sessions are available in half hour or 1 hour sessions.
